

Seven Killed in Israeli Airstrike on Ansar in Southern Lebanon
ANSAR, LEBANON – AUGUST 2026: Rubble and destroyed buildings are seen in the Mraiseh area of Ansar, in southern Lebanon’s Nabatieh district, following an Israeli airstrike on August 15. The strike hit two buildings, killing seven people, including three children and two women, and wounding two others, according to Lebanese authorities.
