Protesters gather outside Israeli Consulate in Istanbul following US-Israeli attacks on Iran

ISTANBUL, TURKEY — March 1, 2026. Demonstrators hold portraits of the founder of the Islamic Republic, Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini, and Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei while chanting slogans against the United States and Israel during a protest outside the Israeli Consulate in Istanbul.
